Price includes: Cost of visa support, assistance in filing out questionnaire and review of presented documents, secure courier to and from Consulate and Consular fee.
Not included: Shipment by FedEx within Canada - $ 20 - 40 CAD (up to the province).
B. BUSINESS VISA SUPPORT:
Can be provided as a hard copy, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and sent to our office by FEDEX or as a telex, sent directly to the General Consulate of Russia in Toronto.
Prices vary according to type of visa, cost of FEDEX from Russia and Fee for Consular processing.
You can order SINGLE or DOUBLE entry visa for 1 or 3 month stay, to be processed by the Embassy from 14 days to 3 hours at a cost from $220 to $570 plus cost of Fedex from Russia (if any).
If longer stay is required, we can suggest ordering MULTIPLE ENTRY Visa for 6 or 12 months at a cost between $445 to $1020 plus costof Fedex form Russia (if any).
TERMS of PAYMENT:
PAYMENT can be done either by cheque, payable to YYZ TRAVEL AMERICAN EXPRESS and attached to original documents or by Credit Card with 3% merchant’s fee added to the total cost of service. Enclosed CC authorization form must be filled out and attached to the documents.
PROCESING PERIOD:
Once we receive and accept your documents, we will send them to the Consulate for visa processing.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The following original documents must be attached to your application:
1. Original visa application form, completed and signed by you (please find attached application forms for Canadian and U.S. citizens). Should you have any questions or require assistance in filing out this application, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
2. Original Passport. Passport must be valid for at least six month after the last date of your visa and must have at least three empty pages.
3. One photocopy of information pages of the passport (provided by YYZ Travel AmEx).
4. One professional passport size photo of each applicant. (Photo booth pictures are acceptable).
5. A letter from your company, with name of the person (s) traveling, his or her job title, routing and purpose of travel. Letter should be issued on a company letterhead and confirmed that your company will cover all the expenses for this trip, including health insurance, meals, accommodations, transfers and other necessities. If needed, we can provide you with draft of the letter.
